Emerald OG was created in California’s Emerald Triangle, where the California Breeders Association also gave it the name. The hybrid strain is made up of Fire OG and Emerald Diesel.
Citrus, earthy, and floral notes are the most frequently reported aromas of the Emerald OG strain. It is also said to have a flavor similar to citrus, earthy vanilla, and pine.
The indica-leaning cultivar Emerald OG produces tapered, cylindrical buds covered in trichomes and a startling purple hue. The strain thrives in both indoor and outdoor settings and prefers warm, Mediterranean-like climates. It is easy going for beginners. Emerald OG blooms indoors in eight to nine weeks and outdoors in mid-October. At harvest, its plants can yield up to 12 ounces of buds.
Emerald OG seeds are offered.
