What Belongs in the Directory
The directory is primarily for dispensaries, cannabis retailers, CBD shops, head shops, smoke shops, and ancillary cannabis businesses operating legally in their respective states. Listings should represent real businesses that visitors can reasonably research or visit, subject to each business’s own hours, local regulations, and availability.
What We Look For
- A clear, verifiable business name
- A physical address or confirmed service location
- An official website or active social profile, when available
- Useful contact details, such as a phone number, are available
- A clear, informative business description — detailed enough to be useful, free of keyword stuffing, promotional hype, or spam
- Compliance with applicable state and local cannabis regulations
Submitting as a Business Owner or Associate
If you check the “Business Owner/Associate” box on the submission form, you are indicating that you represent the business being listed. In that case, a business email address associated with the company domain is required. Submissions using free email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook will not be approved under this designation.
Corrections and Removals
Listings may be updated, unpublished, or removed if a business closes, relocates, falls outside compliance with applicable laws, cannot be verified, or no longer fits the purpose of the directory. All listings are subject to review and approval. If you spot something that needs attention, contact us through the Contact page.
A Note on Accuracy
We do our best to keep listings current and useful, but business details change. Visitors should confirm hours, menus, products, and availability directly with the business before heading out.
